We are the Media MOSAIC Lab in the Department of Communication at UC Santa Barbara. We are a group of social and behavioral scientists researching media effects on [m]arginalization, [o]nline hate, [s]ocial identity, [a]udiences, [i]ntergroup relations, and [c]ollective action.
We address these diverse research interests by integrating theory and research methodologies from communication and social psychology.
